EU Question of the Week: Clone Troopers Themed

Does anyone also find it peculiar how experienced Commander Cody seems with jetpacks (clues that I have used to my advantage in my books)? It is clear he had studied them enough and/or been using them enough to be able to gauge what wind speeds would not be optimal for their usage. To put that into context, that like cessna pilots or hand gliders knowing what wind speeds will produce what effect on their flying just by analyzing the air about them. 0___0
